Popcorn

A Scout is thrifty, but one way to stretch your unit account is to take part in the annual popcorn sale fundraiser. Please refer to this page for information and forms you'll need to make your fundraiser as successful as possible.

If you have questions, contact your district's Popcorn Kernel (see link below). Anytime you see instructions to send a form to the council office, you need to send it to Fundraising Secretary Stephanie Gusman (fax: 512-927-2310 attn: Stephanie).

• Unit Commitment Form - Show-n-Sell (use this to tell us that your unit is going to sell popcorn this year)
• Show-n-Sell Popcorn Order Form (use this to tell us how much popcorn your Scouts plan to sell this year) 
• Show-n-Sell Popcorn Prize Order Form
• Trail's End website (use this to register your unit's Take Order phase of the sale)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Commission checks from popcorn sales will be sent to your unit's Committee Chairman on record with the council office; If your unit is changing the Committee Chairman, you must contact Fundraising Secretary Stephanie Gusman (512-926-6363 ext. 623 or sgusman@bsamail.org) to insure proper delivery of your commission check.
• If your unit chose to take part in the prize program for the first part of the popcorn sale (Show-n-Sell), then you must take part in the prize program for the second part (Take Order). You can't do prize program in one part then the commission program for the second, or vice versa)
• Don't forget to order your unit's popcorn sale patches through the Trail's End website (see link above)
