Wood Badge adult leader training
For: Adult Leaders who have completed leader essentials training courses and outdoor skills training for their position

This is it: the ultimate adult Scout leader training. Wood Badge takes the best leadership training Scouting can offer, and combines it with the best training from the world of corporate America and government. The course is for leaders in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing – as well as Council and district leaders. The focus is on leadership skills, not outdoor skills. The course was started by Scouting’s founder, Baden-Powell. Limited to the first 48 participants.
