Almost all of the larger councils in the Boy Scouts of America offer an annual University and, after several years of discussion and planning, the Capitol Area Council is proud to offer this unique fun training event.
The training offered includes many classes that you will not be able to receive in any other course. We have assembled the best of the best for training instructors (including several national BSA trainers) who are both knowledgeable and believe in the concept that training should be a fun experience.
The University is offered in four Colleges, College of Cub Scout Studies, College of Boy Scout Studies, College of Venturing Studies, and the College of General Studies. However, no matter what your registered position in Scouting is, you can signup and take any of the classes offered.
All participants will receive a DVD with all University training materials, a certificate of completion, and the University patch.
