We need additional volunteer help for the 2011 Sporting Clays Shoot on October 20 at TDS Exotic Game Ranch in Creedmoor. This is a fundraising event that benefits Scouting programs across our entire council, and not a participatory event for youth members.

Volunteers are needed for half day (9am-Noon or Noon-4pm) or full day shifts. Volunteers must be 18 or older. You will be assisting as scorekeepers or operating the machines that throw clay targets for shooters. Ear protection will be provided.

Volunteers working the 9am-Noon shift will be fed lunch. Noon-4pm volunteers will be fed dinner. If you are interested, please contact Doug Cooper at doug.cooper@scouting.org or 512-617-8616.
