The 2011 Eagle Home build will begin Saturday, July 9, 2011. The Eagle Home build is a joint service project involving the Capitol Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Austin Habitat for Humanity. The build will continue each Saturday, with a break for Labor Day and then concluding September 10, 2011.

Any Scout 16 or older may participate in the build (must be 17 to handle power tools). Any Scout leader, parent or adult relative of a Scout may also participate. We also encourage any Scouting alumni now living in our council service area to join us on this project.
