Barton Hill Farms invites Scouts to its first annual Fall Festival & Corn Maze, weekends from September 22 through November 18, 2012. The farm has created a special patch Scouts can earn upon completion of the maze.
Located on the scenic banks of the Colorado River between Austin and Bastrop, the festival features a five-acre corn maze, where Scouts can practice their orienteering and map skills as they make their way through.
Created as an event the whole family can enjoy, younger family members can explore the area’s first of its kind large-scale corn maze, select the perfect pumpkin and explore the wrecked pirate ship, and more among Barton Hill Farm’s 100-year old Cottonwood trees.
