Scout Shop Update, September 2011

The Scout Shop will be closed on Monday, September 5, in observance of Labor Day.

We will observe regular hours (10:00 AM to 2:30 PM) on Saturday, September 4.  Sewing service will be available, but all items for sewing must be received by 1:45 PM.

For customer convenience: beginning this Tuesday September 6, the Scout Shop will begin late hours (until 8:00 PM) on Tuesdays ONLY.  Leaders, please spread the word on this to both your old and new families. This will be in effect until the end of 2011, with a possibility of being permanent pending evaluation.

Important: be certain to remind everyone in your Scouting units that we have moved! Scout participation in September 11 remembrances can be recognized by the Scout Surge patch.  If your Scouts participated in any public or unit-sponsored event, and you would like to present them this patch, please contact us to order.  As this is a one-time event, supplies in the store will be limited.

Coming soon: a new online activity called Netsmartz, which can earn your Scouts a free patch upon completion!  This program will be announced on the CAC events announcement email.
