Troop 17 Scoutmaster Patrick Clemens didn't wait for someone else to take action, after seeing a young woman injured badly in a bicycle accident. An Eagle Scout, he credits his Scout training for helping him save the woman's life. Read more about his story from the Austin American-Statesman's Andrea Ball, below.
