Just a reminder that the Venturing Leadership Skills Course is being offered at the Fickett Center on Saturday, August 27, 2011.

This course will cover Venturing's mission and methods, roles of adult and youth leaders, health and safety regulations, crew organization, resources and program planning, awards and recognition, along with other areas such as specific information pertaining to Sea Scouting and other programs and activities. All Commissioners, Venturing adult leaders and adult Sea Scout Ship leaders including Advisors, Associate Advisors, Skippers, Consultants, and Crew and Ship Committee Members are invited and encouraged to attend.
