Real-World Career Experiences
With the mission to provide positive and meaningful real-world career experiences and leadership development opportunities for all teenagers and young adults in their chosen field of interest, Exploring provides exciting activities and one-on-one mentorship opportunities for youth looking to discover their future.
Young men and women 14-20 years old
Exploring exists to teach important life and career skills to young people from all backgrounds through immersive career experiences and mentorships. Exploring offers hands-on career discovery through interactive activities that help youth pursue special interests, grow, and develop. Local Exploring groups – or Posts – may be boy-only, girl-only, or co-ed.
These experiences equip young people with character, leadership and life skills that can be used both today and in their future careers. Often, Explorers develop valuable professional contacts that are impactful when entering the workforce. And sometimes, the greatest lesson Explorers learn is that the career they thought they wanted to pursue is, in fact, not what they thought it was.
