- Complete Quartermaster Leadership Service Project Workbook
- Submit Workbook to your District Advancement Chair, Skipper, and Committee Chair, then complete your project
- Submit completed Workbook and Quartermaster rank application before your 21st birthday (or complete Request for Extension of Time if needed)
- After council-level approval, participate in a Bridge of Review
- Return signed paperwork (Project Workbook and Application along with Advancement Report) to [email protected] for submission to the national council
- Schedule a Bridge of Honor (but not until you receive approval from the national council)
