Webelos and Arrow of Light pins are worn on an item called Adventures Colors worn on the right sleeve of the tan uniform shirt under the American flag and den numeral or they may be placed on the Webelos hat. When the requirements for each rank are fulfilled, the rank badge is presented at the next pack meeting.
