The Whittling Chip grants Bear or Webelos Scouts the right to use and carry a pocket knife. It’s earned after completing the required steps that include carving with the knife and knowing knife safety. It measures 2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ and is not for uniform wear. Great addition to the Cub Scout Youth Patch Vest (55292).
