Description
The William D. Boyce New-Unit Organizer Award is presented to volunteers who organize one or more traditional Scouting units. It’s worn on the adult uniform and features a white knot with a green, gold and red background that represents the three phases of our program – Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, and Venturing.
Knots are worn over the left pocket of the Scouting uniform.
