Khaki position emblem for a youth serving as Patrol Leader in a Scouts BSA Troop. The Patrol Leader is elected to lead and represent his/her patrol (a group of 8-10 Scouts within a troop) on the Patrol Leaders’ Council. Worn on the left sleeve under troop numerals.
