Position emblem for adult serving as the Crew Committee Chair position in a Venturing Crew. A Committee Chair leads the adult committee that conducts unit-level business and planning outside the scope of the youth program. The Committee Chair is a part of a crew’s “Key 3” leadership group, along with the Advisor and Chartered Organization Representative. Worn on the left sleeve of the Venturing uniform shirt below crew numerals.
