•       3 remote wilderness campsites
3 large program pavilions:
o Lakeside Pavilion $50/weekend
o Learning Center Pavilion $50/weekend
o Hank Deschner Pavilion $100/weekend
Medical Lodge for council events 
6 latrines and two central shower facilities with power
Drinking water is available.
6-acre private pond
Home of our summer, spring break and winter National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) 
Texas History Trail is in nearby Gonzales

Program areas

Fishing: Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Sunfish.
Trail system combines for a 4-mile loop

Campsites are reserved on a first come, first served basis
No camping fees for Capitol Area Council units
Out of council units pay $5 per camper
Large program pavilions can only be used if reservation fees have been paid in advance.
No fee for small campsite 12’x21’ pavilions. 
All units must satisfy BSA two deep leadership standards
All program area fees must be paid in advance to the Capitol Area Council office
