Council Registered Units
Tools for Council Registered Units
The tools below are available for unit’s without a community charter organization and are instead chartered and registered with the Capitol Area Council. These units are referred to as a Council Registered Unit (“CRU”).

Financial Tools
- Request form to open a new unit bank account under our council’s EIN
- New account financial report (to be completed after bank account has been opened)
- Change signers on unit bank account (complete the entire “Unit Bank Account Request Form”)
- Unit Financial Policies
- Unit Money-Earning Application
- End of year financial report (complete and save this fillable PDF and then submit using form below)
Unit Year End Finance and Insurance Report
To be completed by council chartered units by January 15 each year.

Membership Tools
- New adult members – all new adult applications must be submitted using the online application tool at beascout.org
