The Adventure Bus
A fun addition to your next event
Looking for an engaging activity for your next family-friendly event or school A/B/C Day specials? The Adventure Bus brings an entertaining and educational mobile experience to schools and communities. Our staff and volunteers can work with you to provide a sample of fun activities ranging from outdoor skills to games to STEM and more, suitable for a wide range of ages and audiences.
Our Program
Our Mobile Outreach program is flexible and can be tailored to your event. We have a variety of program options to chose from, including:
- TEKS aligned lessons for in-school outreach serving 2nd-6th Grade students
- Hands-on STEM activities
Our Staff
Our Outreach Coordinator leads a team of volunteers and staff, all of whom are trained and enthusiastic about teaching youth and have passed a background check.

- For in-school outreach, your campus coordinator is responsible for coordinating 45-minute time slots for every available class.
- For community events, our staff will set up stations to engage youth as they visit our area during the event.

What if there is bad weather?
You should have a “Plan B” location in mind for inclement weather; otherwise, we will need to reschedule your event.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Availability is first-come, first-served.
How big is the Mobile Lab?
It will cover the width of about 6 parking spaces.
How do I schedule individual classes for in-school outreach?
Our outreach coordinator will work with you once a date is confirmed.
